Purple Ride is a driver-first fleet management program that gives rideshare drivers access to rental vehicles at no cost, backed by real benefits and full support. We handle the vehicle, insurance, maintenance, and even offer health and retirement options — so you can focus on earning with Uber.
Nope. You do not need to own, lease, or finance a vehicle. Purple Ride provides a fully insured, rideshare-approved car through our partnership with Hertz — no credit check required.
Zero. As long as you stay active and meet your minimum required driving hours each week, you pay nothing for the vehicle or maintenance. There are no hidden fees.

You’ll use the Connecteam app to clock in and out, track your hours, and log activity. This syncs directly with Gusto, where you’ll receive biweekly payouts and tax documents.

To keep your vehicle and benefits, you must complete a minimum number of driving hours per week. This ensures fairness and helps us keep the program sustainable for all drivers.
